Providing Grief Support for healing and growth.
We offer individual and group counseling, community support groups, workshops and education events.
Our approach
Nature offers profound wisdom for navigating grief. As a longtime Coloradoan, I’ve always been drawn to the Aspen tree, shimmering storytellers of life’s changing seasons. In autumn, Aspen leaves turn brilliant gold and red, iridescent with both beauty and vulnerability. This seasonal shift reflects life’s impermanence and the quiet invitation to embrace change. As in grief, I honor this transformation, trusting that even in loss, something meaningful can emerge.
Although each tree may appear individual, they thrive as one interconnected grove, rooted together beneath the surface. This quiet resilience mirrors our own strengths, while grief can feel isolating, healing often grows in community, through counseling, support groups, and meaningful rituals that help us connect and restore.

As a part of our commitment to transparency and in accordance with the 2022 “No Surprises Act,” entities who are not enrolled in a health plan or who do not plan to file a claim with their insurance plan have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate.
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Grief counseling is a specialized form of mental health support that helps individuals navigate the complex emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and physical responses to loss. Rooted in evidence-based practices, it provides a structured therapeutic space to process grief reactions, integrate the loss into one’s life narrative, and promote adaptive coping and psychological resilience.
-
Grief counseling focuses specifically on bereavement and non-death losses through a lens informed by attachment theory, continuing bonds, and meaning reconstruction. Unlike general counseling, which may address broad life stressors or mental health concerns, grief counseling focues on the disruptions caused by loss. It often includes psychoeducation about grief trajectories, anticipatory grief support, legacy and ritual work, and techniques to facilitate meaning-making and emotional integration.
-
You can expect a clinically grounded approach tailored to your unique experience of grief. Sessions may include:
Assessment of grief reactions and risk factors
Psychoeducation on normal and complicated grief processes
Coping skills training, including emotion regulation, mindfulness, and narrative reconstruction
Exploration of continuing bonds, identity shifts, and values realignment
Space for ritual, storytelling, and legacy development in a supportive environment
